Colson Kelly, or Machine Gun Kelly is best well-known for his distinctive way he raps. Baker was originally born in Houston, Texas U.S. on April 22nd 1990 to parents who were of English Scottish German descent. His parents, two missionaries at the time, took him to numerous trips throughout his childhood days. James Colson Baker was depressed and was unemployed when Sonia Alane, his mother was divorced from the family when Baker was barely Nine years old. Baker and his dad moved to Denver in the United States, and they stayed in the home of his father's Aunt. Baker's lack of resources was a reason for bullying by kids who were around him. The music he composes blends modern hip-hop, alternative and rock. Baker has recorded four mixtapes during the years between 2007 and 2010, prior to joining Bad Boy Records. Then in the latter half of 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a star after he made the transition from self-releasing mixtapes to working for reputed record labels. His career increased exponentially as every albums charted within the top 10 albums.
