Candice-King

Candice King was an American actress. She made it to the top of the Hollywood ladder when she played Caroline Forbes, the lead character of The Vampire Diaries. Candice King started her acting career in mid 1990s, as a singer. She released her first album, 'It's Always The Uninvolved in the United States', in 2009. She was the composer on twelve of 14 songs on the album. While working on her acting as well, she was also a guest on shows such as How I Met Your Mother. While she was able to sustain a stable career, her big break came only with The Vampire Diaries. It was the first show to make the name of her character a household one. Candice King was lauded her for her outstanding acting skills and performances. Her role was reprised for the 171-episode show's eight seasons. The Originals (2018) and Legacies (2021) were two spinoffs where she reprised her role.
